Starting August 1, 2019, we make it as easy as A,B, C (and D) to buy a new home—and get more for less. And we’re giving teachers some extra credit.

Here’s how it works.

Build = $2,500 Design Credit

Contract with Riverside Homebuilders to build your new home in any of our DFW metro area communities. Then, Riverside Homebuilders will give you $2,500 in design credits ($3,000 bonus for teachers). Upgrade your cabinets, change the fixtures, add a hall bench, customize the backsplash or fireplace surround, to name just a few ideas. There are so many ways you can spend your design credit to make your home even more extraordinary!

Take a look at our homes under construction (marked “Coming Soon”). If you find one that’s in the works, we’ll give you the choice to make it even better. Pick one of the four bonuses:

Additional $1,000 in closing costs when you use our preferred lender. Teachers earn an additional $250 closing cost credit
Frigidaire front-load washer and dryer combination (models EFLW417SIW/EFME417SIW)
2-inch cordless faux wood blinds on all operable windows, including the master bath
Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator (model FFS2625TS)

Are you ready to move in right away? Choose one of our new construction homes that are already complete and your quick move-in adds up to double the reward. Choose any 2 of the A-B-C-D bonuses listed above.

But if you want to score top marks for homebuying, turn in your assignment on time. You must contract to buy your home between August 1 and September 30, 2019 and close on the purchase of your home no later than December 31, 2019.

We’re including one more teacher appreciation reward. When you close on your home during this event, Riverside Homebuilders will donate $250 to the school of your choice.
