Plus, the lot size is great and the fact that there is no HOA is wonderful,” Patricia explains. “In all of our Riverside homes, though, we love our Knotty Alder cabinets, the crown molding, the upgraded fixtures and the open floor plans combined with the timeless style of the homes. The openness of the homes brings a warm family setting to us—and the master being separate from the guest rooms is a huge benefit. For times when we work from home, it’s great that there is an office area so that a bedroom doesn’t have to be converted into an office. Not to mention the scratch-resistant flooring—especially with dogs!”
