The month of November was a busy and exciting time for us. The success of that month is only possible because of our team and their dedication to customer service. Chad Robinson and Amanda McCaa, sales reps of the month, did an outstanding job in helping welcome 87 new homebuyers into the Riverside family.
Chad Robinson, November Sales Representative of the Month
Chad Robinson joined Riverside Homebuilders in 2018 and has already made a name for himself as a dedicated, enthusiastic team player. Before joining the team, Chad worked with new home sales and ran a small, family-owned store. His experience in sales and business has translated well into becoming an important part of our team.
Chad’s favorite aspect of his role as a sales representative is building relationships with his clients and watching neighborhoods grow. He has a very hands-on approach to his job and goes above and beyond for his customers.

Chad’s helpful approach to work is a reflection of the Riverside team in general; we are fully committed to our customers and strive to deliver a quality homebuying experience with excellent customer service.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing everything from going to the lake, hitting the slopes, or lounging on the beach. He is involved with many communities, including Colina Creek Estates, Farmersville, Summerlin, and Walkers Run. His hardworking attitude is invaluable to the Riverside team.
Amanda McCaa, November Sales Representative of the Month
It’s been three years since Amanda McCaa joined our team. She was drawn to Riverside Homebuilders because of our high-quality homes and friendly, family-like atmosphere.
Amanda is dedicated to providing a stress-free and accommodating experience for her clients. She met with a family that was frustrated by their previous experience with a different builder. They felt like their needs weren’t being heard and left discouraged by the process. Amanda assured them that as their sales representative, she was there to help guide them, not push them into a particular decision. In the end, she listened to their requests and helped them find the perfect house.
