The Riverside Rally: Cheers to the Team For a Job Well Done

A company’s success is never the result of just a few people. To be exceptional, you need the power and unity of exceptional co-workers. Riverside Homebuilders is thankful that we’ve built the right group. We recently held our annual Riverside rally to show appreciation and give cheers to the team for a job well done.

What better place to host a big celebration than at the legendary Joe T. Garcia’s in Fort Worth. For more than 80 years, this restaurant has exemplified the meaning of “family”. So it made sense to bring the Riverside Homebuilders family here.

“2018 was another great year for us,” said Tim Fleet, president and founder of Riverside Homebuilders. “We set some lofty goals for ourselves, and this team stepped up. Although their achievements didn’t surprise me, I’m still so impressed by the way they work together and make this a better place for all of us, including our customers.”

Builder of the Year: Joe Johnson

Construction Assistant of the Year: Jordan Beisner. “I love working for Riverside because, from the top to the bottom, everyone feels like family and treats you like equals.”

Sales Counselor of the Year: Amanda McCaa. “True success is doing what you love, and I love being a sales consultant at Riverside Homebuilders!”

Sales Assistant of the Year: Sylvia Carpio. “Customers will Never trust and love a company until the employees trust and love it first! Riverside Homebuilders is my second family.”

Special Appreciation: Melanie Garcia, Accounting. “I love the team that I work with. I’ve never heard anyone say,  ‘That’s not my job.’ The Riverside management team is a great group who are easy to talk to, easy to work with, and show their appreciation often.”

Special Appreciation: Nicole DuBois, Marketing. “I admire our company initiatives, vision, and culture. The growth of Riverside Homebuilders has been sensational and I am proud to be a part of it.”

Amanda McCaa, recipient of Sales Counselor of the Year, was also recognized for her lasting commitment to Riverside Homebuilders with the 10-Year Service Award.

Tim presented additional accolades to those professionals who received the 5-Year Service Award.
