• Purchasing Assistant: In this role, you’ll assist with vendor invoice reconciliation, revise purchase orders as needed, submit payments for vendors and trades and more. This is an entry level position with no previous experience needed, and you’ll be reporting to the Director of Purchasing. 
• Purchasing Coordinator: Some of the items you’ll be helping with are assisting with the set ups of new communities, serving as the point of contact for our construction team and maintaining community specific features and options. The Purchasing Coordinator will also report to the Director of Purchasing.
• Land Acquisition Administrative Assistant: This position will report to the Land Acquisition Coordinator. Some of the duties include putting together an analysis sheet for each site, supplying required documents to management for pre-closing review and handling title and escrow responsibilities. 
• Construction Superintendent: Our new Construction Superintendent will be in charge of managing all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction, conducting detailed inspections after each trade has completed its tasks and before any work is authorized for payment and communicating professionally with Sales, Purchasing, Homeowner and Trades as required. This job will report to the Construction Area Manager and candidates will need to meet a few qualifications before they will be considered for the position (details here).

“After years of working in private practice with other builders, I can definitely tell that customer service is a big part of Riverside’s culture and what’s important to the company,” said Sarah. “I’ll often present Riverside’s management with potential solutions to issues and leadership always elects to ‘do the right thing’ even if it’s something it may not be legally obligated to do.”
