Position Summary:

The Customer Service Tech plays an integral role in our team.  They liaise with our trades/vendors and customers. This individual should be solution-minded, and results oriented to collaborate with all involved parties. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer service work with homeowners, office team members, and trades.
  • Ensure internal administrative and quality procedures are being followed and manage quality control inspections for closings.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of the warranty standards to ensure compliance while controlling warranty costs.
  • Must be able to diffuse situations and overcome obstacles while focusing on meeting customer needs.
  • Serves as an advocate for homebuyers and a professional representative of the Company. Identifies areas of concern and coordinates repairs ensuring homebuyer satisfaction at the completion of repair work.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Residential homebuilding experience required, preferably in customer service and warranty field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated team player.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360.
  • BuildTopia experience preferred, but not required
