Foam Encapsulation
Our homes feature total encapsulated FOAM insulation for maximum efficiency. This proven insulation method ensures that our homes have a stable internal temperature resulting in substantial savings on utility bills for our homeowners. It also protects our duct work and units from extreme temperatures that can be found in the attic which can significantly increase the lifespan of the equipment.
Air Sealing
In addition to full foam encapsulation, we take extra measures to seal in air and help provide a constant thermal break and lock in heating and cooling—including integrity gasket, caulk and poly seal. Our homes are fully sheeted—even behind siding—and our externally vented range hoods are specifically designed to improve air quality in your home.
Smart Home and HVAC
Our programmable thermostats accurately control temperatures to reduce wasted cooling or heating capacity. Our 14- to 16-SEER heat pumps work to eliminate uneven temperatures and provide greater humidity control in order to let your heat pump operate at lower, more efficient speeds.
