Design Center Process
Building your home is a big deal, and we want you to feel confident at every step. Here's how we make the Design Center experience smooth and straightforward.
Schedule Design Appointment
Once you're under contract, we'll set up your appointment and send over a questionnaire. Filling it out ahead of time helps us understand your style and priorities before you walk through the door.
Visit the Design Center
During your visit, you'll choose finishes, explore opening options, review exteriors, and discuss any structural items available for your home. Our team walks you through what's included and what's possible as an upgrade.
Draw Up Plans
After we finalize your selections, we'll document everything and draw up your plans. Once you review and approve, construction can begin, and so does the first chapter of your home's story.
