We can help first time homebuyers, veterans, investors, and even folks that have blemished credit. All of our new home builds are eligible for FHA, Conventional, and VA. Agreement
When you find the Home you love with Riverside Homebuilders, it’s time to sign an agreement with your Community Sales Manager. Having a pre-qualification letter from a lender when you sign your agreement and earnest money payment will allow you to secure the home and we will take the home off the market once the agreement has been accepted.
Design Selection Meeting
If the home you chose is not move-in ready and we are still able to make some changes, you will work with our amazing design team to select items in your home to make it your own!
Orientation, Delivery, and Closing
We will walk you through your new home to inform and acquaint you with all of the systems and how they work, noting final touchups if needed. We will conduct a final walk through of the home to ensure all items have been completed to your satisfaction. Then you will sign off on your new home and head to closing! Once you have closed on your new home, you will get your keys and start moving.
All New, Under Warranty
StrucSure Home Warranty offers a multi-part, insurance-backed new home warranty program through participating builders like Riverside Homebuilders. The program is designed to protect homeowners against defects in workmanship, systems, and structure, stepping in to cover repairs, replacements, or costs if the builder is unwilling or unable to do so.
1-Year Warranty: Covers defects in workmanship and materials across a broad range of home components, backed by surety coverage for the first year.
2-Year Warranty: Extends surety coverage for two years on the home's core systems, including plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and septic.
10-Year Warranty: Provides direct coverage from closing for major structural defects, protecting all load-bearing elements of the home.
