BEFORE A FREEZE
Wrap and cover all exposed faucets and pipes located outside or in unheated areas of your home.
Remove garden hoses from outside faucets.
Know where cutoff valves to your inside water system are and how to use them.
IN SUB-FREEZING WEATHER TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS IMMEDIATELY
Faucet Dripping - Let water drip slowly from your kitchen, bath face bowl and bathtub faucets. The drip should be approximately one drip every 3 seconds. Please do not run the faucet in a steady stream, or leave on all the way, as serious flooding could occur. Leave dripping until the weather warms up.
Cabinet Doors - Be sure to leave open cabinet doors under kitchen and bathroom sinks to allow heat to get to the plumbing.

Kyle was fantastic and communicated everything that was going on during the build of our home in Van Alstyne. Although we were disappointed the home we were originally interested in had already sold in Princeton, we are thankful he brought us to the tiny town of Van Alstyne. Thank You to Riverside Builders and all staff. You made our move to Texas easier than we anticipated.
