The friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. Huge deal to me. Overall a surprisingly stress free process. There were some snags, but given the situation of the world and availability of materials, unavoidable and understandable. One of the best decisions I made going with a home builder rather than an older home, especially since it was around the same price!
