We purchased our Riverside home completed but new in the Crossroads at Rough Creek development. We were looking in the Godley area and assumed we would buy a lot then build eventually but fell in love with our home and community and happily bought! The craftsmanship, materials, build quality and attention to detail were second to none. Everything is of the highest quality and we couldn’t be happier during our first month in our home. Since we purchased our home already complete we didn’t have a lot of contact with the Riverside sales team but Dianne was really helpful and patient with all of our questions and home visits during our purchase process. It seems mundane but one of the highlights of our purchase experience were the walk-throughs with Collin. He couldn’t have been nicer and again patient as he showed us the features of our home and explained how things would work before and after closing. I honestly expected the walk-through process to be me trying to convince Collin and Riverside to fix the minor things we found but contrary to what I thought Collin found things to fix that my untrained eye didn’t see and he conscientiously made sure everything was as perfect as he could make it for us to move in. He treated our home like his own which gave us great peace of mind moving into our beautiful new home. Great work Riverside Homebuilders!!
