The entire process was easy and very informative. This was my first time buying a home so I had a load of questions and concerns. Karolyn answered every call and email without hesitation. She kept me informed on all changes and deadlines. She made the entire process stress and worry free. I already liked the home once I saw the floor plans but didn’t want to make any sudden decisions.
