Kristin Martin was very helpful in working with us in showing the model plan that we fell in love with. In April, we told her that if the model ever came up for sale that we would be highly interested in making an offer. With losing out on many offers over the past years, we were hopeful yet cautious. She let us know and the timing was right. We are now set to close in September and move in shortly thereafter. Hope the temperatures are down by then. Kristin was pleasant and professional in the contract paperwork as this is a bit of a tedious process. Thanks again Kristin for a job well done.
