I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a difference our new home has made in our life. The house is absolutely beautiful. We looked at many homes before we found Riverside, and I must say that our house is amazing. When we looked at the home we immediately fell in love with it! We plan to live the rest of our lives here in Gainesville!

We were first time home buyers, and frankly scared to move to a new community but the area was so quiet and peaceful, that we could definitely see ourselves living here.
