We love our new Riverside Home in Midway Ridge! We love the great communication we had with Jim and Sylvia. Sylvia walked with us into different houses to choose a floor plan. We were undecided between a Colca II or a Sabine. Thanks to Sylvia walking with us, we chose a Sabine and we are so glad we did! It was nice seeing our home being developed through the pictures Sylvia sent us. It was also nice to have Sylvia beside us as we chose our favorites in the design center. Jim and Sylvia were always welcoming and had smiles as we walked into the office. They had answers to all of our questions. Sylvia & Jim are amazing! We love also working with Jordan. He is an awesome builder! We can’t say enough about the great service we had and continue to have. We love it!
