Amanda, First I would like to apologize for not sending you a quick note sooner. Thank you for the gorgeous throw. I wanted to “Thank You” for a great experience in purchasing our house on CR 4213. We absolutely love the house and the area. I was a little concerned how I would deal with the daily drive from Decatur to Denton, as I have never lived more than 20 minutes from the office. It is working out great, it has forced me to leave work earlier so I can either be home before dark or right as it getting dark. If I had a complaint it would be the construction on CR2264. Hopefully it will be finished soon. It sure beats the heck out of the road we traveled when we found the house. We have you to thank for directing us CR2264. Also, the gentlemen that did our walk through was very helpful with all of our request we really appreciate all the information he provided. I would highly recommend the Decatur Team to anyone looking for a new home.
