We have been in the homebuilding industry for over 30 years.
We are continuously seeking new opportunities/acquisitions. New communities will be updated on our website. We are currently building new homes throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area in some of DFW's top new communities.

We have several finance options to choose for those with less than perfect credit! We have relationships with aggressive lending sources and credit analysts who can help you find the mortgage options that are best suited to your needs. We also offer in-house financing on a case-by-case basis.
The initial investment required for home ownership varies based on your credit, the loan program, and geographical location of your new home. Many qualify for zero down!
It varies by community and location. Contact a sales counselor in your area of interest for current details.
Depending on the community, our entry level homes (3 bedroom/2 bath) typically range from 1300 square feet to 2600 square feet. We also build luxury new homes that range from 1800 to 3000+ square feet.

I would like to express my gratitude to Finnye Shipley and Jimmy Logan for their service during my homebuying experience. I am a first time homebuyer and they took great care of us. Their responsiveness and attention to detail is unmatched. They have continued to go above and beyond making us feel part of the community. They have been very helpful in some of the items needing attention after moving in. From the time that Jimmy showed us the house, I knew where we would be spending the next several years. I see Jimmy work late driving the neighborhood almost every day even there are only a handful of homes still for sale in the neighborhood.
I did not score a perfect scorecard on the survey, only because there were a few things that I am working on resolving with the home build. Sergio with the warranty department has been instrumental in fixing things that were needed.
