Our Online Sales Team serves as an initial point of contact for new home buyers and prospects by quickly answering questions and providing a wealth of information ranging from community information to floor plans and scheduling onsite tours! Our goal is to keep the buying experience moving for our customers and ensure all their questions are answered and needs are met during the initial phase of their new home journey.

Now that you’ve done your research, it’s time to visit the community and meet with our friendly and knowledgeable onsite sales team. When you meet with the onsite sales team, they’ll learn all about your wants and needs, so they can help you choose your favorite floor plan and homesite. Plus, they can connect you with a loan expert to help secure your financing.

We have formed strategic alliances with some of DFWs most aggressive lenders. Offering affordable new homes with great amenities isn’t enough. It is critical that we have the right mortgage partners in place to serve your needs. Whether you need the best rate to accompany your large initial investment or you seek a zero down payment mortgage, our lenders have all the programs available. We can help first time homebuyers, veterans, investors, and even folks that have blemished credit. All of our new home builds are eligible for FHA, Conventional, and
VA. Additionally, most of our communities are eligible for USDA. Simply get in touch with us and let our on-line application and let our finance team go to work for you!

When you find the Home you love with Riverside Homebuilders, it’s time to sign an agreement with your Community Sales Manager. Having a pre-qualification letter from a lender when you sign your agreement and earnest money payment will allow you to secure the home and we will take the home off the market once the agreement has been accepted.

If the home you chose is not move-in ready and we are still able to make some changes, you will work with our amazing design team to select items in your home to make it your own!

We will walk you through your new home to inform and acquaint you with all of the systems and how they work. If there are any final touchups needed, they will be noted at this time.

We will conduct a final walk through of the home to ensure all items have been completed to your satisfaction. Then you will sign off on your new home and head to closing!

Once you have closed on your new home, you will get your keys and start moving.

A member of our Customer Service team will come to your home and review all systems. Our goal is to make sure you are happy and to catch any issues before they arise!
