After submitting the request, please allow up to 48 hours for a customer service team member to contact you. Our Customer Service Department operation hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also reach us at 817-631-0899 All non-emergency requests submitted Saturday and Sunday will be answered the following business day.
