Despite these disruptions, Riverside Homebuilders remains committed to our mission of always doing what is right. Therefore, any requests sent during this time period will be time-stamped and honored once the social distancing and public health orders are lifted. Coverage will be extended to anyone who was not able to get items or year end services completed during this time and/or whose warranty expired. Riverside Homebuilders wants to ensure that our homeowners do not have to worry about anything other than their health and safety during these challenging times.

After submitting the request, please allow up to 48 hours for a customer service team member to contact you. Our Customer Service Department operation hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All non-emergency requests submitted Saturday and Sunday will be answered the following business day.
