Avery’s unwavering dedication and expertise are integral to our company’s growth and success. Her journey in marketing began at the University of Arkansas, where she earned her degree, and she started her career gaining valuable experience in sales, media buying and marketing—with each role bringing her closer to joining our team at Riverside Homebuilders. 

Leading with vision

As the Marketing Director, Avery leads the charge on Riverside’s overall marketing strategy, helping drive qualified traffic to our communities and website. 

“My role serves as the brand gatekeeper,” Avery explains. “Ensuring that every consumer touchpoint aligns with our brand standards and contributes to our overall success.”

A typical day for Avery is diverse and dynamic—reflecting the fast-paced nature of the marketing world. Each week begins with team check-ins where priorities, ongoing projects and any immediate challenges are discussed. These meetings are crucial for aligning marketing efforts with sales goals and exploring new opportunities, and in addition to her busy schedule, Avery regularly visits Riverside Homebuilders’ communities to meet with the Community Sales Managers, gaining valuable insights into local market trends that inform her marketing tactics.

Developing and implementing marketing strategies at Riverside Homebuilders is a comprehensive process under Avery’s guidance. Currently, the team is crafting a strategic marketing plan to streamline their efforts and provide a clear framework for implementing various strategies. 

“The real estate market is highly competitive, with many homebuilders vying for the attention of potential buyers. Standing out among the competition is a significant challenge,” Avery admits.

It’s for this reason that a main part of their marketing strategy revolves around highlighting what makes Riverside Homebuilders unique—such as their commitment to energy efficiency with their total encapsulated FOAM insulation, smart thermostats and upgraded HVAC systems. 

While she loves the challenge of staying ahead in the ever-evolving marketing landscape, outside of work, Avery spends much of her free time with her mom and friends. She enjoys playing card and board games, walking their dogs on Katy Trail, watching the Arkansas Razorbacks and shopping—she even has a podcast with her mom called “mother.daughter.god.”

Avery’s passion for her role at Riverside Homebuilders is clear, and when asked about her favorite part of working for the company, she enthusiastically shares, “I love the people! This whole team has been so great to me, and I cannot thank them enough for their support as I have jumped into this role. It truly feels like a family, and I am grateful I can say that.”
