Alicia works with Coldwell Banker in Southlake, TX, and works with clients who are searching for a new home throughout the Fort Worth area. She has grown to love Las Ventanas and eagerly represents our community of new construction homes to her clients.
It all began a few months ago. She had been working with homebuyers for several months. Every offer they submitted was outbid. Alicia was determined to bring this story to a happy ending. She reached out to all of her contacts and was referred to Riverside Homebuilders. Alicia learned about Las Ventanas in Fort Worth and realized it was a perfect fit to these buyers’ needs and wishes.
To her client’s excitement, they could build a brand new, single-family home exactly the way they wanted, under their budget, and with an easy commute to work! There was no worry about being outbid. The client met with our team at Las Ventanas and toured the community. It was perfect! Next, they easily chose a homesite and a floor plan, and had a great time selecting all of the finishes to make it their own.
Alicia was able to once again enjoy her favorite part of being a Realtor: “Finding my clients their dream home.”
She said it was the smart move for her buyer to choose a new home over a resale. Not only was there no bidding process to contend with, but “new homes come with the convenience of home warranties, and they're energy efficient. Older homes have dated products that may soon need replacing.”
Her clients loved the various floor plan options available at Las Ventanas and the high ceilings in the homes they toured were a definite plus. They were also drawn to many of the “green building” and energy-efficient aspects of the new home.
“They really appreciated the spray foam insulation, and high-efficiency heating and air conditioning systems that use the latest environmentally-friendly coolants,” says Alicia, an avid gardener who also likes the “green” efforts. Both Alicia and her buyers were also impressed that Riverside Homebuilders uses fewer volatile organic compounds in carpets, cabinets, and paints.

This type of community commitment is important to Alicia. Helping others is one of the reasons she chose real estate as her career.
“I have always liked helping others through major times in their lives. When you're a real estate agent, you sometimes become part counselor, part life coach, and part mentor. That can be very rewarding when you have a passion for giving back like I do.”
