Chad Robinson, Brian and Tiffany Stevens: Our December All-Stars
So many people contribute to Riverside Homebuilders’ success in helping people find their dream home. From planning and estimating through construction and closing, we have specialists who make each step seem easy. On the sales side, Chad Robinson and Brian and Tiffany Stevens have been selected as our December All-Stars.
Chad Robinson, December Sales Rep of the Month
Chad has excelled so often that he is heading for the Riverside Homebuilders Hall of Fame (if we had one!). In fact, this is his second month in a row as our Sales Rep of the Month.
He joined us just two years ago, and it didn’t take long to see that Chad’s sales experience would deliver big results. His focus isn’t on making sales but on helping his customers find what they want and need. He makes it his mission to be responsive, even if that means meeting with buyers early in the morning or long after regular hours.
“I do what I can to make sure our customers receive an exceptional homebuying experience,” Chad explains.
Chad divides his time between three Riverside Homebuilders’ communities: Colina Creek Estates in Farmersville, Walkers Run in Ennis, and Summerlin in Nevada,TX. He enjoys seeing each neighborhood take shape and families moving in. With so many floor plans and options available for single-family homes, Chad works with a broad spectrum of homebuyers with an equally wide range of style and preferences. Whether you want a home that’s less than 2,000 square feet or larger than 3,200, Chad can guide you to the perfect fit for your lifestyle. Make plans to meet with Chad and see for yourself why he continues to earn high praise from buyers and co-workers alike!
Brian and Tiffany Stevens, December Realtors of the Month
Brian and Tiffany Stevens reflect the best definition of “partnership”. The husband-and-wife duo became realtors because it allowed them to combine their mutual passion for helping people find the right home with “the freedom to be the parents we wanted to be and be available for life’s moments while still providing financial security.”
Brian and Tiffany first partnered with Riverside Homebuilders in the summer of 2018. They were impressed with the quality of the homes we build and soon discovered that our high standard for customer service was the perfect complement to their own.
The Stevens Team with Legacy Realty focuses on homes in Ellis County, which brought them to Riverside Homebuilders’ communities of Walkers Run and the new Sleepy Hollow Manor.
Last summer, they were contacted by a previous client who had moved out of state and had become chronically homesick for the great state of Texas. They wanted to move back. Brian and Tiffany launched the search to bring them back home.
“We sent them home listings daily that checked their boxes of wants and needs. When we thought we had some winners, they scheduled flights so they could see them in person. They fell in love with one of Riverside’s new construction homes.”
The buyers were only in town for a few days, so the Stevenses moved quickly to get them under contract and meet with our team. They had to fly back home so the rest of their purchased was handled remotely with the Realtors attending walk-throughs on their behalf and Facetiming them along the way so they were always involved.
“We worked closely with Riverside Homebuilders to get quick measurements and photos to help jog the buyer’s memory. When closing day came, we coordinated with our buyers’ cross country trek so they could purchase their home without delay.” Tiffany and Brian needed to carefully coordinate the plans because the buyers were shipping all of their belongings from out of state.
“It was a great partnership with the buyer, builder and our team to help get our client's back to Texas!”
Their experience with selling both resale and new construction homes has provided Tiffany and Brian Stevens with insight that they can pass along to their buyers.
“There is peace of mind knowing you are purchasing a home built according to today's building standards and builder-provided warranties. Also, new construction homes present huge monthly savings with your homeowner's insurance and utility bills—sometimes as much as half of what pre-existing homes will cost.”
When they’re not busily searching and matching homes to prospective owners, Brian and Tiffany love relaxing at home with their three daughters. They balance that time with traveling so they can all experience new places together.
