Their journey from designing to living their dream home embodies the essence of what makes Riverside Homebuilders truly special, so read below as we take you through their remarkable story.

Jordan and Marissa’s journey

Marissa Beisner, a visionary designer, has been an integral part of the Riverside family since 2016, infusing her creativity and passion into every project she undertakes. Reflecting on her journey alongside Riverside, Marissa shares, “I have worked here since 2016 so this will be my 8th year at Riverside. Jordan is now in his 7th year.” Marissa's creative journey reached new heights with the conceptualization of the Silverstone at Pearson Ranch model home in Weatherford, TX—which is now her and her husband’s beautiful new home.

Jordan Beisner, Marissa's husband and a skilled builder, has been instrumental in bringing Riverside's vision to life. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Jordan has left his mark on numerous Riverside homes. Speaking about the Silverstone model home, Marissa reflects, “This model was built 4 years ago, and even though the trends were a little different then, the model is still beautiful and up to date. We have both always loved the San Gabriel floor plan, and when Jordan was building in Silverstone, he always mentioned he wanted to live there.” Little did they know—this model would eventually become their own home. Marissa recalls, “I had no idea, but we are super happy it worked out that way. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect.”

The perfect blend

The Silverstone model home, featuring the popular San Gabriel floor plan, embodies Marissa and Jordan's shared vision of comfortable, yet stylish living. “I love neutral warm colors, and this home has just that. It’s perfect the way it is, and I don’t see us doing much to it other than adding our furniture,” Marissa shares. She also expresses her fondness for the open floor plan, stating, “We love the flow of the open floor plan. We are most excited for the kitchen because we both love to cook.” 

From stained cabinets to a spacious covered patio, their new Riverside home boasts a range of desirable features that they’re beyond excited about. Marissa notes, “The standout features are the stained cabinets, the barn door to the laundry room and the huge covered patio. We’ve never had a study before, so I am excited to decorate that room specifically. Also—can’t forget the spray foam insulation. Currently, we live in a home that was built in the 1980s, so there isn’t much insulation at all. Plus, I think that is what really sets us apart from other homebuilders in DFW.” 

Living the dream

For Marissa and Jordan, the journey from designing dreams to living them is a testament to Riverside's commitment to excellence and family values. “This was Jordan’s second model home to build, and we are so proud to tell our family that he built our home,” Marissa shares. “We love working for Riverside and are so excited to also now live in a Riverside home!
