Jim Steele, October Sales Rep of the Month
Since 2003, Jim Steele has been making a difference for new homeowners and at Riverside Homebuilders. Jim’s years of experience with new home sales, paired with his attentiveness and hospitality, has made him an amazing resource to our homeowners.
It’s no wonder Jim excels at what he does. Before joining the Riverside team, Jim was a sales pro for boat/marine, building materials, and new homes. Coming straight from the new home industry and his extensive sales background makes Jim the ultimate Riverside team player.
As a sales representative, Jim is by our homeowner’s side from start to finish. His favorite part of his job is handing over the keys to a beautiful, finished home. Going over contracts can be an intimidating process for future homeowners, but clients applaud Jim for being thorough and entertaining.
When Jim isn’t at the office, you can find him on the lake, playing pool, or listening to local Texas music. He is heavily involved with multiple Riverside communities within the Fort Worth area including Silverstone at Pearson Ranch and our inner city locations. He strives to bring a positive experience to every homebuyer he meets, and we are so lucky to have him part of the Riverside team.
Kyle Powell, October Realtor of the Month
Realtor Kyle Powell has been working alongside Riverside Homebuilders since the early days of the company. Although Kyle has been a highly-rated Realtor for years, before becoming a realtor he sold mobile homes. Closing deals and helping buyers through their new homeownership journey is natural for Kyle.
Kyle joined our team for the same reason he believes someone should buy a home from Riverside Homebuilders: excellent customer service and well-built, energy efficient homes.
Sealing the deal is just one of Kyle’s strong suits. A client of Kyle’s had to sell both of their homes in order to purchase their Riverside Home. Within 45 days, Kyle closed and funded both existing homes. He also showed the client that buying a move-in ready home instead of building a home from scratch was the better option. This choice allowed the homeowner to move into their new home quickly and with ease.
His favorite part of his job happens to be all the perks you get with a Riverside Homebuilders home—which includes an industry-leading warranty along with design and builder incentives. When Kyle isn’t selling homes, he’s probably spending time outdoors hunting or fishing, or indoors playing pool or working out.
