With a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University and a master’s degree in Global Logistics and Supply Chain from Athens State University, Kellie has spent years growing her knowledge on the industry. 

“I started working for one of our vendor partners and then transitioned into working for another large homebuilder,” Kellie explained. “I connected with the Vice President of Construction, Phil King, and we decided it was a great time for me to join the Riverside team in August 2021.”

Since starting, Kellie has loved being able to grow the purchasing team to ensure that our customers' needs are being met, that we continue to build strong vendor partnerships and that our team is delivering exceptional homes to everyone that works with us.

“We set ourselves apart by offering a unique product in the market,” Kellie explained. “We are one of the only homebuilders that builds on one acre homesites in unique cities with beautiful elevations. Not only does this attract homeowners but vendor partners as well.”

“We are facing one of the hardest supply chains we have ever seen right now—causing delays and unknowns for everyone,” Kellie explained. “We work daily with our vendor partners to ensure we are ordering materials early, getting creative with our products and processes, and growing our vendor partnerships to minimize the delays during construction.”
