From dispatching with our builders and vendors to supply chain tracking, Sara is an essential part of our team here at Riverside—and she is constantly working towards the best homebuying experience and strategies for our customers.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Sara has always had a passion for making a difference in the local community. She started her journey as a receptionist at Riverside 5 years ago and has worked her way up within the company ever since—and she is always open to learning and adapting to new things. “One of the best things about Riverside is the opportunity that you are granted here,” Sara explained. “Different doors are constantly opening, and there is always so much room for growth within the company.” 

Since starting, Sara understands the importance of building relationships at Riverside, both internally and with the customers. Her average day at Riverside consists of valuable collaboration and coordination with fellow employees and different vendors—and her role is crucial for the success of our builders and business. 

With the recent supply chain shortages throughout the entire industry, Sara’s job of handling vendor relationships and managing materials has been more essential, and perhaps challenging, than ever before. “Luckily, we’re still pushing through,” she explained. “Our team has ventured out and found the materials and supplies we need to get through this time. Everyone is going above and beyond in doing their part, and because of that—we haven’t slowed down at all.” 

At Riverside, we’ve always dedicated ourselves to finding ways to get through hard times as an entire company. Between the ups and downs, we stay true to our core values and practices, and Sara can attest to the teamwork and unified environment at Riverside. 

“Humble, family-oriented and dedicated” is how Sara described the everyday atmosphere at our office, and she explained how attentive and caring the entire team is. “Tim Fleet and the whole company are constantly checking in, asking how my 9-year-old son is doing and how I’m feeling,” she said. “It’s more than just a job—everybody genuinely cares about one another, and there’s always a welcoming and family-oriented atmosphere at Riverside.”

“Everyday there’s always something different, and we’re always building somewhere else,” Sara explained. “I love to see the growth happening so fast. When I first started, we were maybe selling 400 homes, now we’re well into the thousands.”
