Meet the Team: Stacy Philbrick

At Riverside Homebuilders, we’ve been in the homebuilding industry for years, and the unwavering commitment of our team has allowed us to consistently improve our offerings. For the past three years, Stacy Philbrick has played an integral role in our success as the Community Sales Manager in our Crystal Springs Estates community in Alvarado, Texas. 

Our team recognizes the vital importance of our employees in driving our business forward, and we take great pride in acknowledging their hard work. As a Community Sales Manager, Stacy is dedicated to working closely with our clients to help them discover their ideal home within our communities. She devotes herself tirelessly to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their homebuying experience and that they feel confident in their decision to invest in a Riverside Homebuilders’ property. 

The journey to Riverside Homebuilders

The journey to a fulfilling career can sometimes take a few unexpected turns, and that was certainly the case for Stacy. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, she became a licensed massage therapist, drawing upon her extensive knowledge on the human body to help those experiencing pain. However, the physically demanding nature of the job eventually led her to explore other options. 

With a desire to continue helping people in a different way, she became a licensed real estate agent and worked in that field for two years. However, her true passion lay within the homebuilding industry, and she remained persistent in her job search until she was able to secure a position with Riverside Homebuilders. 

The joys of the job

For Stacy, the joys she experiences everyday while speaking with prospective buyers and the thrill she gets whenever she sells a home or submits an offer make her job extraordinary, but there are moments when it gets even better. 

“When buyers start moving into their homes, and I see couples going for a walk in the neighborhood, kids riding their bikes, and families having their family over for a barbeque as a way to show their friends and family their new home—that’s my favorite part,” she explains. 

Of all the communities that Riverside Homebuilders has developed, Crystal Springs Estates will always hold a special place in her heart. 

“It has trees surrounding everywhere in the community and you really don’t see that with a new community,” Stacy says. “We kept as much of the natural habitat as possible."

Looking to the future

Working for a company that values integrity and customer satisfaction is a top priority for many employees, and at Riverside Homebuilders, Stacy explains that the goal has always been to create a seamless buying experience for customers and to ensure that they are happy with their new homes from start to finish. 

“With the uncertainty of the current market and rising interest rates, we are working with our preferred lenders and their programs to help our buyers get into a home that they love and can afford,” Stacy says.
