Stefanie has been with the company for just over two years, and as an Online Sales Counselor, she is one of the first connections a buyer or realtor makes when exploring the homes and communities that Riverside Homebuilders boasts. 

“Each day I get the pleasure of connecting with potential buyers and help walk them through our home buying process. I take excessive notes of what our clients are looking for and help to direct them to what area or home will be the best match for them based on their needs,” Stefanie explains. “I love building connections and personal relationships with our clients! It isn’t always the easiest when we are online only and do not have the pleasure of meeting clients face to face, but it’s a challenge I welcome daily. I put in lots of effort to build this connection and help clients feel comfortable and confident when considering purchasing a new home with us.”

The work that our online sales counselors do is vital to the company. Stefanie explains that by implementing the best policies and practices available, the online sales team works tirelessly to ensure that our clients get the most accurate information, stay up-to-date, and help buyers to visualize homes before ever seeing them in person. 

“Our goal as a team is to help clients feel confident and fully prepared before they make it to their onsite appointments,” she says. 

For Stefanie, as soon as she began working for Riverside Homebuilders, it had never been difficult for her to speak to potential homeowners about the high-quality new construction homes and communities that we build for our clients. 

“I love our homes and communities so much, I had to build one for myself,” she explains. “The San Bernard floorplan is a fabulous open floorplan that was perfect for our family needs. We ended up building in the beautiful Northstar community in Fort Worth!”
