Thanks in part to historically low interest rates, hundreds of Dallas-Fort Worth area buyers turned to Riverside Homebuilders in the last several months and designed their dream homes. 

Some of our valued buyers had to travel a little further than we would like for those design center meetings due to our recent expansions into new communities, but we are excited to announce the new East Side Design Center. It is located in the Colina Creek Estates model home in Farmersville and we cannot wait to show it off to you.

Convenient location

When you are shopping for a new home, convenience is key. This applies to everything from the location where you choose to build your new home, to the floor plan and even the way you organize your belongings after your move. 

With this additional design center, we are hoping to better serve the buyers in our east side communities by giving them a resource closer to home as they go through the homebuying process. 

“We have grown so much in the years that our Fort Worth design room could barely hold the traffic,” Design Center Consultant Marissa Beisner said. “ We wanted to make sure everyone has their chance and enough time to consider their dream home.”

Marissa will stay in our original building while Hannah Bankhead runs the East Side Design Center. 

“I love getting new samples and introducing them to homebuyers,” Bankhead said. “Seeing new products come in the design center just feels like a new opportunity to make a home one of a kind.”

This is especially exciting for Hannah who can show buyers a unique perspective from within the Colina Creek Estates model home with live samples right down the hallway.

Preparing for the design center

Once homeowners have started the home buying process, their salesperson will set up an appointment with the design center. 

As families prepare for their meeting, Hannah suggests walking through model homes in the area to see how individual design selections came together. The new home photo gallery on the website may help too.
