Harry happily expressed his satisfaction with our communication and transparency throughout the entire process, saying, “There were no hidden agendas. Everything was very transparent. The processes for handling repairs after move-in were clearly documented and very easy to follow, and any service requests were acted upon very quickly and work was done to our satisfaction. Additionally, it was always very clear to us that Riverside is continuously working to improve their operation—which is a huge plus.”

Since the inception of our company, Riverside Homebuilders has understood that purchasing a new home is more than just a transaction—it’s an experience that should be personal and enjoyable. Harry has had the opportunity throughout his 39-year career in the oil and gas industry to relocate many times, which led him to buy several new homes. “I want to comment specifically on the Customer Service Group. After interacting with multiple different builders throughout the years, oftentimes, our most challenging encounters were with the Customer Service personnel that were tasked with the items that were either overlooked or not completed to our satisfaction before closing.

Our experience with Riverside, however, has been quite the opposite. First, we had a relatively short list of repairs, which speaks to the level of quality of the engineering and construction. Second, the process they have in place for addressing these items is efficient and effective. But most importantly, they have people who are committed to providing best-in-class, exceptional service. Our Customer Service Technician, Joey Jaggears, came to our house shortly after we moved in, introduced himself, offering to repair or assist with anything we needed to get settled into our new home—and he has been a man of his word. A man of exceptional character that has provided great service. The best we have had the pleasure of working with out of all our moves.

Working for Joey is an exceptional craftsman, Alex Arellano, who likes to do things right and will stay with a project or task until it is done right. He is very customer focused, willing to put forth the effort to ensure that the work that he and his crew has done meets or exceeds the expectation of the customer. He was a real pleasure to work with. Again, a man of character that represented Riverside very well.”
