Shane Chaka, September Realtor of the Month
Shane has been a Realtor with Riverside since 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. In fact, you can hear the genuinity in his voice. He loves his job. Having sold homes in Godley, Fort Worth, Saginaw, and Decatur, Shane is always looking forward to helping the next happy homeowner.
“I love helping people achieve their real estate goals….The feeling you get after helping someone purchase their very first home is priceless.”
Being a people person, Shane’s favorite aspects of his job are connecting with buyers and creating a fun, memorable experience. He also “can't think of a better job that allows you to educate yourself in real estate all day, every day than being a realtor.”

Dianne Hutchins, September Sales Manager of the Month
Dianne, who worked for a different homebuilder prior to joining us over 8 years ago, came to Riverside Homebuilders because she believed in our product.
With 16+ years of experience in new home sales, that belief extends beyond just selling homes simply by curb appeal. She expresses to those who don’t know about Riverside Homebuilders that the “quality and workmanship is great and, if an issue ever arises, Riverside will do the right thing to resolve it.”
As a sales representative for our new home communities in Godley (Canyon Ridge, Rustic Meadows, and Crossroads at Rough Creek) and Granbury (Indian Harbor), Dianne was also recognized earlier this year as a Top Performer. That pattern of excellence shows her success comes—at least in part—from commitment and consistency.
Speaking of commitment, she shared a story with us about how her determination helped a young couple find the perfect lot for their home. The first-time homebuyers had no idea where to start, so after narrowing it down to a floor plan, the search for the perfect lot came into play.
“We did a lot of walking, measuring, and staking of several lots until we finally found the perfect lot for them. Everything else was a piece of cake after that, from getting approved to designing the home.”
Once a science teacher and coach, there’s no doubt Dianne’s still in a guiding role—coaching new homeowners into finding the right home that fits their needs, wants, and budget. But when she’s not exceeding her customers’ expectations, you can catch her fishing, camping, or enjoying the beach.
