Employee Spotlight: Baiely Spratt - A Key Player in Riverside Homebuilders’ Success
At Riverside Homebuilders, we take great pride in our talented team members who contribute to our continued success in building top-quality new homes throughout the DFW area. From the Community Sales Managers to the Construction Team and everyone in between, each individual brings a unique set of skills and expertise that collectively drive our company forward. Today, we would like to shine the spotlight on Baiely Spratt, our dedicated Purchasing Coordinator. With her unwavering commitment and exceptional skills, Baiely plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and the timely completion of our new home projects.
A look into Baiely’s day-to-day operations
Baiely joined Riverside Homebuilders two years ago, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for the industry. As a high school graduate, she began her journey as an assistant for Lackland Holdings—a sister company to Riverside Homebuilders that develops land and sells lots to multiple builders. However, her desire for growth led her to Riverside Homebuilders in 2021, where she quickly made her mark as a valuable asset to our team.
As a Purchasing Coordinator, a typical day for Baiely is a bustling one, filled with emails and various projects. Despite the constant activity, she finds joy in working alongside a supportive and collaborative group of colleagues. "My days are always so busy, but I love the group of people I work with, so it makes my job even more enjoyable,” Baiely explained.
In her role as a Purchasing Coordinator, Baiely bears significant responsibilities that contribute to the seamless functioning of Riverside Homebuilders. Essentially, a Purchasing Coordinator acts as a linchpin in the homebuilding process, ensuring that the necessary materials and resources are obtained in a timely and cost-effective manner. Her primary tasks include maintaining pricing accuracy, budgeting and managing purchase orders.
"Time management is the most important skill I've found necessary for this position, along with good communication skills since my job mainly pertains to communication with builders and vendors to ensure a streamlined procurement process," Baiely emphasized when discussing the valuable skills and qualities she finds most important in her position.
Baiely's dedication and passion for her work aren’t just evident in her day-to-day tasks here at Riverside Homebuilders, but also in her achievements. Starting as a Purchasing Assistant, Baiely was recently promoted to Purchasing Coordinator—a milestone she is immensely proud of. With this advancement, she has embraced greater responsibilities and faced larger challenges, further fueling her determination and drive to excel.
"So far, this has been my proudest achievement, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for me here," Baiely shared.
What it means to Baiely to work at Riverside Homebuilders

Our team members are not just colleagues—they are family. Baiely cherishes this bond, which creates a strong and united team that supports each other both personally and professionally.
"I think our dynamic here is the biggest thing that sets us apart from most other homebuilders. We are all so close it feels like we are all one big family, and this reflects in the service and quality we put out," Baiely expressed.
When asked about her message to prospective homebuyers considering a Riverside home, Baiely enthusiastically highlights our commitment to exceptional customer service. “Just wanted to let you all know that the lending team referred to us by Kevin in Oak Ridge did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process. The GMB-Walton team is who we were working with. Donnie Walton had some not so enthusiastic phone calls from me and some hoops to jump through and he did it with professionalism and was so positive throughout this process. Never has this been a wonderful process in our life it can be stressful and so personal beings they have our most personal information and details. Please acknowledge them and their efforts.” Laura Johnson
